Ein anderes Beistellbett wurde auf meine Nachfrage hin am nächsten Tag allerdings sofort aufgestellt. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist für satte 14 Euro extremst spärlich gehalten mit nur einer Fruchtart und keiner Brotauswahl, es gab nur Brötchen und kleine Croissants. "

"Pension Barbara is a very cosy and clean pension right next to the paths leading up to The Brocken. The hostess was very sweet and attentive, and we had a good stay. Schierke as a town is a bit dated and quiet in the autumn, when we visited. Is was difficulty to find a place to just have a couple of drinks etc. The national park, Brocken and paths are all excellent for a short hiking-holiday. Great nature, chalenging paths (if you want it), nice restaurant on the summit."

"Da wir wohl die einzigen Gäste waren wurde das Frühstück am Tisch serviert.Leider 3Tage immer gleich.Engl.Frühstück. Die Sauna wahr sehr schön,wurde aber nur nach heftigen Protest angestellt.Der Ausblick auf die weidenden Hirsche war fantastisch."

"We stayed for 3 nights. Friendly staff in the restaurant. Everything worked and the apartments are spacious and so cozy. Very baby friendly! Although a bit of noise at night from other guests. Overall great stay with a nice location. "
