As a Gold member, I have stayed in many properties, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
The biggest issue was the misleading location. We chose this property because it was shown on the map as being in the city center. In reality, it is far from the center, located uphill in extremely narrow streets that are difficult to access even by car. The address provided was incorrect, and we had to find the property on our own.
Communication with the person handing over the property was very poor. They could not give proper directions and were not helpful. There is no private parking, so you have to rely on finding a space on the street.
One of the lights was not working, leaving us in the dark. Although we reported it, nothing was done.
The cleanliness was unacceptable. There was a moldy container of tomato paste in the kitchen, and we saw cockroaches inside the property. There was also a strong damp and mold smell throughout the apartment. As I have asthma, the smell triggered my symptoms and I could not sleep.
The apartment has almost no ventilation or natural light, making it feel like staying in a cave.
Because of the misleading location, poor communication, lack of maintenance, and unacceptable hygiene, I cannot recommend this property.
