"A random stop, very pleasant people and place, very clean, great breakfast, on a beautiful block, within walking distance of a couple places to eat and a brewery. "
"The lady that checked us in was nice and friendly. The accessible room that I had was not what I expected. The room was nice and clean, loved that it had full size refrigerator, a stove and sink. I loved the shower which was great. I didn't realize that the bed was almost on the floor. It was really a problem getting in and out of because to low to the floor. The bed was what you would use for a child. I would not recommend this for a person in a wheelchair or someone who has problems with their knees. Although it was accessible a person still needs a regular bed. When I got ready to check out I had a problem with getting someone to the front desk. Not happy with this stay. Also you hear the people in the next room. I give this stay a 1."
"An option on Expedia was given to us to pay when arrived on site. It appears that that somehow caused Holiday Inn to not have a confirmation of stay upon arrival. So, after 8.5 hours of straight highway driving, they had to kindly ask us to drive again across the street to stay at Candlewood Suites, their reported sister hotel, and not stay at the Holiday Inn for the night. There, we were assigned a room with visible mold in the ceiling of the shower. Staff was very accommodating in seeking a new room. The new room was a little better, but the experience was overall not wishful. We frankly do not wish to repeat it with Holiday Inn."
"This hotel was very very nice and we really enjoyed our stay the staff was super helpful and we were kind of surprised for how nice it was despite the fact that Sumter is super weird"
"Shockingly neglected property. Broken shades, duct tape on the walls, rust stains in the bathroom. Just terrible shape. Front desk staff was great. I would not stay at this motel again"
