駐車場は難儀します

駐車場が暗すぎて中の状況が分かりにくい 障害者用駐車場がスタッフに説明受けたけど理解できなかった ですがスタッフが誘導してた 微妙な誘導で不安だったけど 部屋は広くバスルームがシャワールームと別にあり床がびしゃびしゃにならずに良かった バスタブは湯垢でざらざら 磨いてないのかな エレベーターは早く閉まるので何度も扉に挟まりかけヒヤリ 宿泊であっても駐車料金必要 何だかなあ

カウントダウンのイベントが席を1時間半も待った挙句、お料理もなく料金2.000円がお部屋代にふくまれていたので、参加しなかった人の分まで支払っていたのは不満でした。

琵琶湖向きの窓のあるすてきな広いお部屋のホテルです。

琵琶湖向きの部屋で、広く、清潔で快適でした。スタッフのあいさつもしっかりしていて、ソフト面の充実も感じました。今回は食事をとりませんでしたが、食事も楽しみに思えます。次回利用する機会があれば、食事もとってみようと思います。

1) we found the hotel to be too far from Kyoto where we wanted to be everyday 2) we found the room to be disappointingly dirty with unusual amount of dust around the carpet moulding and corners and behind doors. The hotel was outdated and the furniture looked very old with many scars and dents from previous travelers. 3) we had to take an extra train which costs us additional fees to get to Kyoto everyday plus their shuttle to that train was only hourly or you had to pay for a taxi Next time we will stay directly in Kyoto

スタッフの対応がとても丁寧でした。お部屋もグレードアップしていただき、嬉しかったです。ホテルのレストランを利用しました。鉄板焼きは、絶品でした。夜景を眺めながらの食事は、最高でした。他のお客様と会話したとき、他のレストランもかなり美味しいとのことでした。また泊まりたいです。

マイペース滞在型ホテル

瀬田GCに近いので夫婦で宿泊しました。客室も多く結婚式や宴会など大人数に対応したホテルです。スタッフはフレンドリーですが人数が少ない為、ドアマンはいません、荷物は自分で台車を借りてチェックイン。車は地下に移動して停めますが有料です。ドーナツ状に部屋の配置は並んでいてエレベーターから遠い部屋もあり、廊下は一周できます。部屋・設備・機器も古く時代を感じます。TVは見れますが有料TVはお金を払っても壊れていて見れませんでした。夕食は鉄板ステーキを予約、一般的な内容ですが価格は通常より5割ほど高いように思いす。 ルームサービスも7時～で朝早めのチェックアウトでは食べれません。徒歩圏内にコンビニや飲食する場所は殆どなく車が無いと不便なホテルです。ホテル内のショップ店舗は19時閉店なので夕食前には行くべきです。プール・スポーツジムは良い施設と思います、SPAは利用していませんが内容は良いかと思います。 瀬田西ICより近いので便利な立地ですが、サービス内容・部屋の質レベルから部屋代は割高な感じでした。次回の利用はチョット悩む感じです。

湖東、湖西とも観光に便利

□宿泊したデラックスダブルルームは琵琶湖ビューで気持ちの良い滞在になりました。●ポットあり、トイレはウォシュレット、浴槽、シャワーブースあり●近所にファミレス、ローソン、イオンモール。徒歩で行けます●駐車場は1泊500円。外食等途中外出も可能です。□数年前からびわ湖テラス目的でこのホテルを予約するも悪天候でキャンセルが続き、今回4度目の正直でようやく宿泊できました。琵琶湖のほぼ南端、近江大橋近くに位置し、湖東、湖西とも観光に便利な立地です。ガーデンではかわいいカルガモ親子にも会えました。次回は京都観光の拠点として、バラエティに富んだレストランとともに利用したいと思います。

食事なしで、泊まるだけなら　他でもよかったかも。 食事もシャトルバスで、JR石山駅周辺まで食べに出て戻ったし。 男ばかりの大人で、宿泊だけではもったいないか。 それと県内はもちろん、どの観光地からも遠い。車がないと便利は良くない。 琵琶湖、瀬田川添いのリゾートと言っても、部屋の位置では　見えないところが半分以上かもしてないし、泊まったところも反対側だった。 部屋が広くて、バスルームが広いと言っても　おっさんには関係ないか？ 前日のJR駅前のビジネスホテルの方が、使い勝手はいいかも、 今回は、部屋の様子が見られたのと・・いい経験です。

リゾート感たっぷりな落ち着けるホテル。 当日は部屋も大変広く落ち着いて過ごせました 多少、古さもありますが、その分豪華さでカバーできてる最高のホテルでした
