Room was 32 degrees when we got there. Had to change rooms. Only one clerk at the desk which made waiting tiome to check in very long. Paid for 2 queen size bed and got 2 double size bed.

Lord Elgin Hotel
Unfortunately, the bed for me was too high, I had a problem with my hip and getting onto the bed was very difficult and painful. We asked for a step stool, but they couldn't help us.
