Hotel staff is friendly,hotel location is good close to downtown cross bridge,beautiful sunset sunrise view , surroundings park is beautiful, buffet breakfast is delicious,lots of details like makeup remover,mouthwash and magnetic shower curtain etc,room is comfortable. Nice to be out of the centre of Ottawa where parking a a real problem. Breakfast is good and there's a park over the road from the hotel which has great views of the Ottawa River.

It's a very unique location just over the inter provincial bridge in Quebec region, you cross the bridge and you are in downtown Ottawa. Its a well kept property. A comfortable stay for sure.

Handy for the Museum of Canada. Pool was nice. The bathroom needed redoing but it was great to have a window in the bathroom. The staff upgraded us to a room with a balcony free of charge. Nice view of the Ottawa city skyline.

Very good location and excellent view of Ottawa. But the hotel needs refurbishing. The bathrooms are old, have no storage for toiletries, no anti slip in the tub and no safety railing to get on and out of the tub. Ours had no fan and the window did not open. Amenities in the room were minimal.
