Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Great location; closed to the historic area but not in the middle of it and all the tourists and noise. We didn’t try the spa.

Modern and well designed property, clean, new with helpful staff. Flashing red light in smoke alarm above bed very annoying though, these should be located out of direct line of sight.

Buena ubicación para todo. Camas comodas. Accesorios deficientes, ,mala iluminación en el aseo, encimera y lavabo incomodo y nada practicos, sin acesosios de aseo para un hotel de 4 estrellas,nada de armarios un perchero movil. Toallas de mano y cara desgastadas y con agujero. De seis dias cuatro sin aire acondicionado. Y en la calle a 42 grados.

Hotel céntrico y limpio. Desayuno aceptable, se puede mejorar. No tiene ningún plato caliente lo cual hace que se quede algo pobre. Spa de pago a parte, la información da lugar a error ya que parece que va incluido dentro del precio de la habitación.

Todo bastante bien y al lado del centro, solo destacar que el desayuno es pobre y de baja calidad y mucho más para un 4 estrellas, para mi es un punto importante.

Hotel nuevo pero esperaba más calidad

Esto es muy personal, pero la almohada es bastante incómoda porque parece que rebote y no te asiente bien la cabeza. El SPA es de pago con precio especial para clientes del hotel. Ubicación excelente y hotel bastante. Personal muy amable. A destacar las recomendaciones gastronómicas y turísticas del personal de recepción.

Comentado al personal del hotel la dificultad para utilizar el gel de ducha. Estaba muy alto para acceder con comodidad y por añadidura, era prácticamente imposible apretar el dispositivo para obtener el gel.

4 estrellas básico

El hotel es bastante nuevo y por tanto está en muy buen estado. Las camas me parecieron muy cómodas y había dos almohadas para elegir. Teníamos dos habitaciones, una exterior y otra interior, la exterior era muy ruidosa, se oía el tráfico de la calle y también al resto de clientes cuando entraban o salían de las habitaciones. Por la mañana también se oían las conversaciones de la recepción. La interior era algo mejor, pero estaba junto al ascensor (que tiene avisos por voz) y también se escuchaban. En general bien para el precio pero deberían mejorar la insonorización.

Decepcionante

Sin advertirnos, nos dieron una habitación para minusválidos, con la taza del water alta e incomoda. En el baño no hay para colgar las toallas, ni para dejar las cosas. En el armario de la habitación no habia ni un hueco lo suficientemente largo para colgar ni una camisa. Una pena porque está nuevo y tiene buena ubicacion.
