O quarto encontrava-se em condições precárias, com forte cheiro de mofo, ausência de ar-condicionado e falta de limpeza adequada. As piscinas estavam visivelmente sujas, com água escura, impróprias para uso. As áreas externas apresentavam mato excessivamente alto,.demonstrando falta de manutenção e cuidado com as instalações.

Pior experiência q já tive e olha q viajo muito me hospedo muito essa pousada não tem estrutura nenhuma pra receber hóspedes eu reservei 2 quartos um parecia casa pau a pique o outro o chuveiro e a banheira não funcionava fiquei de 14 h até 18 tentando ligar não esquentava nada ai me passaram o um quarto muito inferior do q paguei e lá quando deu 23h entrou pelo telhado um gambá enorme q já morava lá eu saí correndo até de calcinha pra pousada afora um escuridão matagal não achava se quer um funcionário foram momentos de muito terror tivemos q arrombar um outro quarto q tinha lá p ficarmos até o amanhecer e detalhe não tinha funcionários nessa pousada nem na recepção nem nada a esposa do caseiro q faz o café da manhã q apesar de ser uma pessoa muito prestativa e boa não tem nada haver c isso mais o café da manhã tbm da pousada não condiz c um lugar p receber hóspedes só sei q vivi um pesadelo mais em fim agradeci quando cheguei em casa dei até mais valor p minha casa.. essa q diz ser uma pousada nunca mais .

Pura ilusão- não recomendável

É vendido um hotel magnífico porém de difícil acesso, a gestão do hotel é por whatsapp, não há nenhum gerente ao vivo . Café da manhã péssimo ( margarina e bolinho Pullman) Não existe um restaurante, existe uma cozinheira que faz sua comida e demora bastante.... No geral o hotel carece de segurança, conforto e funcionários para tudo . O hotel é caro demais e o serviço horrível .

A pousada é acolhedora e tem um ambiente muito agradável, mas acho que peca na falta de atenção aos detalhes... O chuveiro é muito forte (chega a machucar mesmo), o atendimento do restaurante é bem falho - acredito que por falta de staff na pousada - e várias coisas que estavam descritas no cardápio não estavam disponíveis. Na primeira vez que pedimos uma porção de filé com fritas, o pedido demorou mais de 1h30 pra sair. O superior nos deu uma cortesia de caldos pra compensar e ficou tudo bem. Mas no dia seguinte tentei pedir uma pizza e a funcionária me disse que não tinha mais, pois eles só faziam 2 pizzas por noite. Além disso a pousada ficou completamente vazia (sem funcionários) no domingo à noite e quando eu cheguei no meu apartamento, não havia luz. Os funcionários são muito queridos e tem muita boa vontade, mas esperava um pouco mais de zelo durante nossa hospedagem.
