"The staff is very unprofesional And the managers are not polite and not service orientated For such a high end hotel very low standards The amenities are not great and almost everything that the hotel offers is for pay And even when dinner is part of the deal you recieve a check and expected to pay service The hotel for its price isnt realy a laxurius fealing Cant realy disconnect"
