The building was a bit dated and the hallways were dark. Carpets need to be changed. The elevator was out of service for the whole morning and staff seemed indifferent to the inconvenience. Overall it was a decent stay and I had a pleasant time in the Blue Mountains."

"The only issues I had when I called before our arrival to make sure our room had a microwave and fridge, I was told it also had a dishwasher. We were in room 4409 and no dishwasher. The place is nice and clean, pool was great we will be back."

"Despite Expedia advertising that the pool, hot tub, and dining room were open, we found out on arrival that all were closed due to renovations. The vending machine was also out of order. Worse, the strong paint fumes permeated the entire hotel, including the room. In -14°C we slept with the heat off and windows open to try and minimize the toxic smell. The staff were welcoming and friendly, despite working / breathing in paint fumes. They provided us with a brown bag breakfast in lieu of a continental breakfast. It would have been extremely helpful if Expedia / Quality Inn had advised us of the current conditions in advance."
