"The room was hot and humid with no way of cooling it down - the window only opened a tiny amount and the fan was not powerful enough for the room size. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, which made the situation worse. The bedding was uncomfortable - pillows were very lumpy, bedding too ..."
