"The front desk lady was horrible. I asked for first floor (we have knee issues) we ended up on third floor. The breakfast was poor. .
The same lady was at the front desk........horrible again!"
"Good staff, breakfast good, might be a problem
For some with no elevator and some rooms face McDonald’s drive through. I love I can open the window but it would be noisy if i was warm enough to open it and who wants to face cars going through all night? "

"I requested the bottom floor, and did not get it. The hotel was not fully booked.Come to find out, having been giving a room on the 4th floor and then, looking at the elevator doors with a sign that says, it's not working properly. This was very disheartening, after a 6 and 1/2 hour drive, tired and eager for a good night rest. Why would you put an elderly lady on the 4th floor when the elevator is not working. I had no choice , I kind of had to, walked in the elevator, doors closed, no lights on the sidebar where the floor indicators are. I immediately pushed the button to open the door, which did not happen. Very very scary! After about a minute this thing started to move and took me up to my floor. It was horrifying. Then of course, I forgot something in the car. So now up and down four stories. Way too much for my age. I wasn't going to get in that elevator again. Unfortunately the disappointments continued the next morning when again I had to walk down for breakfast. Talking to the lady behind the front desk, produced no answers. I asked for some help to carry down my luggage once I was ready. She said that was okay. All packed up, I picked up the house phone which by the way was unplugged, and of course it was not working, trying several times. Got on my phone to reach the front desk, got recordings, was transferred to the front desk, And the callsdropped immediately. This happened 5 times. Only to find out hotel phone is not working either. Maids didn't speak English. "
"Breakfast was okay, friendly staff, clean room, good parking, bed was not very comfortable for me, thin walls-you can here people talking and door banging sound"
"It was a good hotel for the price. Nothing super amazing. We had trouble with our keycard not working for our room door and the entrance on the side. We never got a room freshen up and we were there for 6 nights."
"Location was good, room was clean, pool area was clean a towels available, and it was quiet. Our only negative was the breakfast area. We like things kept cleaner with tables wiped off and a wider variety of breakfast items."
