"The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. We had a triple room which was two single beds and a futon. The futon was so uncomfortable with two metal bars across it. Breakfast was not included in the room so you had to pick off a menu and pay for each item separately so was expensive. Also no alternative to sourdough bread which was very hard. Overall the stay was OK but I would not return. "

"Overall great checkin was slow and not very helpful but there was a new trainee in the team so i understood. Checked out and was asked to pay 30 pound i owed on room ,told the girl i had paid up before she said i had to pay but she didnt know what it was for."

"First up, the photo of this property is entirely inaccurate. It isn’t merely that the photo is of the property a while ago - it is a photo of a different house altogether. See photos for the actual property. Rubbish piled up in a corner outside as well. The entire building smelled vaguely like cigarette smoke. It is in a fairly advanced state of neglect. We were offered a choice of two bedrooms, and the one we rejected was tiny, with peeling laminate on the floors. Ours has been documented...

"The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Despite being next to the A34 my room was quiet. The location was actually good and only a 5 minute walk via the service station car park to the bus stop at the park and ride. "

"Firstly, this hotel lies on its website. The water is not from Blenheim Palace it is ice Valley from Tesco. The furniture in the room is not mango wood it is chipboard. There was no powerful mixer shower but a fine mist coming out of a plastic showerhead. The room we ended up with looked nothing like the pictures and more like the Travelodge from 1980. We were not impressed at all as the bed wasn’t long enough. There was an iron mark that had melted the carpet, a simple rug would’ve covered...
