"We had issues checking in and when we rang the customer helpline number, the AI "phone operator" was awful. After 7 minutes of going round in circles, I asked to speak to an agent. Unfortunately they weren't much more helpful, as they didn't seem to understand most of what I was saying. Once we finally got in, we had to climb 2 very narrow, steep flights of stairs to get to our room. Sadly things continued to go downhill from there. "Since I like to start with the positives, the inn was central enough that it was within walking distance to city center, the breakfast was acceptable, the courtyard cute, and the young woman who checked us in was helpful. Other than that, this was the worst stay I’ve had in a long time.
