Let's start with where the hotel is located, Le Mar Iowa.... also known as "the sewer city" for the smell. In the room I stayed in the past was coming off the walls, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom floor tiles were broken and coming up.

Rooms were very clean, the free breakfast actually had a great selection of pastries, eggs, sausage, pancakes. Hot coffee and assortment of juices.
