The reception staff, especially the manager Mr. Muhammad, were incredibly friendly and supportive, always making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The room amenities were excellent. The air conditioner was quiet and efficient, and the lighting was perfect, with plenty of options to create a comfortable atmosphere. The TV was ideal for relaxation, and the bed was very comfortable. The addition of two cozy chairs and a round tea table was a lovely touch. While I didn’t have daily room cleaning (which I actually preferred for privacy), I always felt comfortable knowing that I could reach out to Mr. Muhammad for anything. The hotel truly respects guest preferences and offers great flexibility. The hotel’s location was convenient, with ample parking reserved for guests. The room was clean, with no unpleasant odors, and all facilities, including the refrigerator and bathroom, were fully functional. The elevator was quick and efficient, adding to the overall comfort. One minor suggestion for improvement: adding a plug points near the dressing table would be useful, especially for those who need to work on laptops in that area. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Yamama for anyone visiting Yanbu – whether you’re a business traveler or a family. It’s a top-notch choice in the area!"
