No safe in the room. I’ve never visited a hotel with twin beds in a room. We ordered a roll out bed and the condition of the bed was very poor. However we heard this was the nicest hotel in the area so we appreciate the service they provided.

Nice hotel. Get up early if you need hot water. Good location. Staff were excellent. Stayed 2 weeks in May of 2022 and 4 weeks in February of 2023. I was surprised they charged me for a 10 minute ride to the airport but it was only the equivalent of $6 US. I’ll definitely stay there again this autumn.

Not many choices in Ozamis. Terrible parking and even worse WiFi. We were using data because you couldn’t do anything on Wifi.

The split-type air-conditioning unit drain pipe was blocked, causing water droplets inside the room floor. We requested the hotel staff to provide us with a pail to catch the water droplets. During bedtime, I experienced discomfort due to bed bug bites and woke up one morning with multiple small red bumps on my front right leg.

I have been traveling for 40 years!! This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Owner is extremely stingy and the complimentary breakfast is a scam! I booked a stay here before and cancelled and they never returned my money! The travel app just needed a name from this sorry excuse for a hotel and they hung up on her!! Worst customer service ever!

For Ozamis this is possibly the best. Ate at the hotel and it was an interesting mixture of quite literally 5 star quality and not so good. Their blueberry frappe was so delicious I wanted to do a second one. They had a shrimp dish, which I can’t remember the name of that was basically cone shaped spring rolls that were again 5 star and phenomenal! I applaud their effort at the quintessential club sandwich. However they are hampered by availability of ingredients and the sandwich was just very poor due to that. It was however, freshly made with care, but unfortunately it was just not good due to ingredients. We upgraded to the superior room for a very modest fee and the bed and pillows were as good and comfortable as any hotel I have stayed in any anywhere in the world for 10 times as much… exceptional.
