"Very clean room. Reasonable price. Comfortable beds very good breakfast. Only complaint was foam pillows. Smelled like rubber(foam) Hemingway restaurant in Bass Pro Shop. Excellent food and atmosphere. Would highly recommend. "

Payment was made at 12:06 p.m., and I immediately corrected the date once I realized the mistake. Despite providing proof, the general manager required us to leave, citing a five hour policy that had not yet been exceeded. I was traveling with three children, and the situation was handled with no flexibility or professionalism. Very disappointing experience."

"The Staff was very helpful. The room was clean. Just the right size. Loved the extra sofa bed available in the room. The cafe was nice to have available. The hot tub was also enjoyable to be able to relax in. We will have to return this summer to enjoy the pool."

"Great location close to the Titanic museum and other amenities this hotel is clean and service is good at the front desk. I forgot some personal care items and they provided that we enjoyed the little key they have in there. I didn’t have time to use the pool. Looks so fun people were there enjoying. Satisfied with this hotel"
