"This place is horrible. NO HOT WATER for two days straight. Couldn't use the hot tub or pool because they allowed a large "party" to take place. Adults and children eating and drinking in the pool area which it clearly states "no eating or drinking in the pool area' Manager was rude. Staff was as helpful as they could be but are clearly underpaid and understaffed. It's "pet friendly" but only in the sense that you can have pets there. However, there was NO WHERE to take my dogs out for potty breaks. There are also no side or back doors for entering and exiting for pets. You are forced to walk your animal through the lobby anytime they need to go out. Not smart. I intend to ask for a full refund on both nights of my stay. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!"

"Breakfast was amazing! Our towels left black hairs all over us when we showered though and we are all blonde. The pool was nice but was closed in the morning with an out of order sign the rest of our stay. "

"Some people gave this run down, shoddily repainted, and super-quickly "cleaned" property a 10/10?! Even if staying here was free and the rooms were actually clean and the sheets weren't stained, this would be an uncomfortable, noisy, and aesthetically unpleasant experience at best. At best. This is a two-story road-side (busy road) motel with no one in the office until you ring the bell and then it looks like the staff member is behind bullet-proof glass. That impression is heightened when he asks you for a $20 deposit in cash for the room key card! The incredibly stained hallway carpet, literally held together by duct tape, gives you a sense of what's to come when you enter the room. You breathe in heavy incense and see paint spattering all over the floor, paint roller marks all over the towel bar and adjacent walls to the paint, missing lightbulbs, outlets that don't cover the junction box hole, dried urine on the floor by toilet, and copious stains and cigarette holes in the comforter and sheets. I stayed my second night in Enumclaw at the Guest Inn which was THE SAME PRICE and well above average. Maybe there are better places in Auburn too. The two nights prior were in an RV and that was MUCH better than this place. They did have a microwave and mini fridge and the shower worked and the door locked. Street noise is very loud despite double-paned windows. A/C has very basic controls. Don't think about just keeping the fan on for white noise; can't be done."

"We had an amazing stay in the new clean and quiet hotel! The staff was super great and very helpful the whole time! Hotel is very clean and the surrounding area is quiet as well! We were some of the first guests so it’s a brand new! The only suggestion I’d make is curtains over the blinds since it blocks no light in the mornings. Other than that it was perfect for our stay!"

"This property was nothing like the photos on Hotels.com. The owner does not seem to care about the franchise investment. There was a pile of old mattresses in what used to be the pool area. The ice machine was not operable. With cobwebs included. The door catch was broken. The furniture looked like a cat scratched it up. House keeping never came to change out the linens. The toilet needed the handle jiggled to stop running and we had some friendly ants. The front desk was confused that I would not give a positive review in exchange for a complimentary Coca-Cola. Wyndham needs to disassociate with this owner as they do not have anything in common with any other Wyndham I have stayed at. I will be sending my photos to corporate."
