"me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night to go to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary that’s quite close. we self checked in at 7pm. room was tidy and clean with awesome AC. The staff is very helpful and assisted us with anything she could (helps get taxi, answers all questions about area). would stay here again however the area surrounding is just some small quiet town with not a lot going on (however the locals are VERY friendly and we were easily able to hitchhike the 5 min drive to elephant...

Considering the remote location, hiring a self-driving ride for transportation might be a good idea. The staff is friendly, and the rooms and bedding are clean. While food delivery may not always be available, booking a cab is an option."

"We ate at the cafe studio that is on the beach side of the property. Mainly because we were not big breakfast eaters to try the buffet breakfast they had offered. Staff always greeted us in the morning whether we headed to the fitness area or to our next excursion. "

"Hotel is in a great location just across the road from the beach. It's also in the quieter end of Kata but within easy walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel Is exceptionally clean, staff are very accommodating and friendly and the food is good. Great buffet breakfast! Plus the beds are very comfortable."

"The hotels vibe overall was great! It was giving luxe but on a budget friendly level. The room was minimalist while giving rich at the same time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, very welcoming as soon as we arrived. They greeted us with cold rose water to drink and refreshing cloth to relax your nerves. "Chanalai Flora is a beautiful property and the rugs are beautiful and comfortable. The two pools were amazing. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They actually try to help problem solve instead of making excuses. "
