We felt uncomfortable because it seemed like a child was texting us rather than an adult. It has been over 24 hours since we checked in and the manager still has not had a conversation with us over the phone, only communicating with us over text. That mannor of conducting business is incredibly unprofessional."

"It was cheap and a bed to sleep for the night. The room was mostly clean, the bathroom drain was sitting in the edge of the tub, the floors had stains, the bed appeared clean. The entire room smelled of urine. I went to Ross and bought a blanket so I didn't have to use the bedding there. "
