I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. "This is 10/10 property. Hidden gem near baseball parks. Longer stays make this the perfect location with the insuite amenities. Full kitchen, larger bathrooms and room style options make this spot great for bigger families when traveling/ Breakfast options we excellent, staff were amazingly helpful and housekeeping was touching down in rooms with out having to be called (happens so rare these days) will be back for future trips for sure!"

"We booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife has balance issues and can't stand for very long. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Went to the check in desk...Sorry. Do you have a portable shower seat for the tub? No. Sorry. Ended up we were sorry we chose this hotel."
