"There were so many shops nearby! It was a great area overall, Isabel Tomayo cleaned our room with so much care! She did a great job making it easier for my family & I to pack. The only downside of this resort was the fact that you had to pay to use umbrellas & chairs. The men at the rental stand weren’t very happy or friendly when we asked them for help with rentals & digging in our umbrella in a certain spot. We spent most of our time outside of the resort due to this (: very great first time hotel for families! The starlight luau was amazing and worth the money. "

"Pros: - Location (10/10): One minute walking distance from the water, and close to anything you would want (food, etc.) - Fitness Centre (9/10): Large with lots of Equipment. - Staff (9/10): Except for a couple of staff, everyone we saw and dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Cons: - Shower and washroom area (3/10): very small and old. Not on par with the rest of the hotel. - Breakfast (4/10): Very repetitive (except for the rotation between bacon, and two types of sausages both of which were less than tasty) and very unappealing food. They had good fruits but as far as what you can eat for breakfast, left a lot to be desired (none of my family could even eat their scrambled eggs). Summary: The location by itself makes it an easy decision for me to go back there but there are some easy fixes to make this a very very good hotel. "

"Hotel staff are polite and very helpful. Hotel location is perfect, minutes walk to the beach and shopping. Great stay, mahalo!"

"Ocean view room was super clean and comfy. Balcony chairs were comfortable and offered a good view. Staff was incredibly friendly. There was a free buffet style breakfast offered every day which was very good, but also a breakfast restaurant downstairs if you preferred steak and eggs."

"The overall stay was good. They initially placed us in a room very far away, which was too far for my father to walk to. They did, however, accommodate us closer after our request. For dinner, we were served 20 minutes after we sat down, and the dining room was empty. "

"Yes breakfast was good, parking was easy,staff was great, house keeping was very fast to deliver extra towels as needed. Room was clean, but only thing we're dissatisfied with was the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. "
