"We booked the "Beachy" unit in this home, but were given the smaller "Peaceful" unit on arrival. That left us with a single bed for four people. Two of us had to sleep on the floor (Pacifica was booked up for an archery event). We contacted the host, and they were willing to cancel the second night, but we were left with the full first night for a more expensive unit and a host fee that was higher than the cost of the room. "We love the Caza! The staff are so friendly and attentive, and the property is very clean and welcoming. We love the pool and warmer months and the overall vibe is like a resort tucked away in a quaint neighborhood. However, we would really enjoy more amenities in the rooms like a coffee maker and refrigerator, as well as nicer pillows, and more creature comforts. Also, we wish the bar and snack area was available throughout the day. The hours are so limited! However, we will continue to return because of the nice property, comfortable rooms and neighborhood."
