"First off, the view will alway make this property stand out above all other hotels around the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was aesthetically pleasing. Bathroom was beautiful. My only complaint about the room was the floor. It felt dirty even after I cleaned the floor with one of the towels. Other than that I would highly recommend if you are looking for nice beach escape with a view. "

"check-in went smoothly. Unfortunately, when I booked on Expedia, it said dog friendly, but I didn’t see anywhere that mentioned that it was an additional $60! Per night for my dog. Given the fact that in San Francisco, I only paid $25 extra for the dog, I felt this was exorbitant. However, I was there so I paid the money. Other than that, check-in went smoothly, the front desk staff was kind and very nice. They have snacks and alcohol in the front desk area to purchase if needed. We went to our room, which was a nice, very clean room that faced the ocean and we had beautiful views. The hotel is close to several restaurants, coffee shop, and other little stores and drivable to many other areas in the surrounding area. Slept well, beds were comfortable, room was comfortable and would definitely return. "

"The view was beautiful, front and center, though there are a lot of passer byers so not much privacy on the deck and I might mention the deck is only for standing, not enough space to have a seat or put a seat. If you need more towels, more coffee, cups, anything really be prepared to call them twice and remind them before they bring anything. They will not clean your room while you are there even if you request it. Location was cute restaurants everywhere but very expensive for basic food. Cute little gift shops, a dispensary, ice cream parlor, you name it all in one location. The hotel pool and hot tub were clean and very nice. The ice machine will dispense ice only, so bring your own water. No microwave in rooms, one on the second floor in the corner. Elevator doors close extremely fast so if you have children hold your arm in the opening so the doors don't close without you in with them. There are luggage carts everywhere which was very useful and nice. Beds were comfortable, TV channels were very limited but we didn't mind, we weren't there to watch TV. Beautiful State Beach two minutes down the road, hard to find parking the later in the day you go. Great location but come prepared with your own things cause the hotel itself isn't very accommodating a d to eat out will cost you a pretty penny anywhere within walking distance. "

"Unfortunately, as soon as we walked in the strong smell of spices was really bothering that we had to immediately open all windows/doors. The unit was located on the 2nd floor with too many steps and one of them Broken/not secured . If you plan on staying in this place make sure you are fully aware of the accuracy of the information provided online. Also, the method of contact with the broker ahead of time."
