The rate to allow dogs is the highest I’ve EVER EVER PAID at $69 every night, which is what it is, but on Expedia it says $60 per night when I called to verify that’s what they shared, so at least I was prepared and then the guy at checkin, where I signed stating I understood the pet policies, clarified and said I had it All wrong, it was $60 for the whole stay. Well, what a relief- until I got my folio, and was charged $69 each night. I manage 150 properties, it’s difficult to keep up with each of the OTA’s, but please train your desk agents. Thanks! "

"The Coastal Retreat is very cute inside. I love the way it is decorated. It was nice having the fans in the bedrooms, which were spacious enough. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The bathroom was nice, ,especially the shower head. I would not say that this home accommodates 6 people. We had 5 in our family. There is an ottoman that folds out as a “bed”, and bedding available for it, however the couch is on the slimmer side and I would not consider it for sleeping. The ottoman attached folds out more as a very small trundle, which does not count as an additional sleeping accommodation. I was a little worried about having a dispensary next door, especially since we have 3 children, however I did not smell anything and it seemed well managed and not a problem for us."

"Unfortunately, as soon as we walked in the strong smell of spices was really bothering that we had to immediately open all windows/doors. The unit was located on the 2nd floor with too many steps and one of them Broken/not secured . If you plan on staying in this place make sure you are fully aware of the accuracy of the information provided online. Also, the method of contact with the broker ahead of time."
