"​I had called a week ago to make sure the 4-year-old was added to the booking, and the lady told me it was "common sense" and she didn't need to check. But when I got there, she flipped. She started shouting at me in the lobby, claiming me as a "criminal" and a "liar" because the child wasn't on the original Expedia paperwork. ​She eventually told me she’d let us in, but only if I "acknowledged the crime and lie" I had committed. It was the most unhinged, bullying behavior I’ve ever seen. I told her I’d rather take my business elsewhere, and she promised she’d answer the phone if Expedia called to authorize a refund. ​Well, she lied. I stood outside the hotel and watched through the window as she intentionally ignored three calls from the Expedia agent who was trying to help me. She just stood there and let it ring to try and strand us."

"Stayed there for a couple days while I had neck surgery. Came in the night before hoping to relax in the pool, and sadly, it was closed. They said it would just be that day but it was closed the next day too so my husband couldn’t use it. Other than that, the service was great, rooms were clean. Husband said breakfast was great. There’s everything you need within 5 minutes of there and you get a discount if you are with Lutheran. Will be booking again for my follow up."

"Beds were comfortable. Property was still under some remodel, but our floor was finished. Could had paid more attention to detail when cleaning, but overall clean. Would stay there again!"

"Overall, it wasn’t horrible, I’ve certainly stayed in worse hotels. My biggest issue was the door to my room creaked really loudly as it opened and closed. And it closed quite slowly which made the noise even more obnoxious, because it was long and drawn out. I felt sorry for the guests in the rooms adjacent and across the hall."

"There was very little to choose from for breakfast. The staff at checkin have no experience or customer service knowledge. I complained about constant floor noise above us which never stopped in 3 days. The room was pleasant but the bathroom toilet was so close to the wall that you couldn't sit down easily. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. This will not be my first choice to stay again. "
