"The place was very clean, the staf was excellent I really mean it, the breakfast was like a lunch after you eat it. The water was warm and cool. The price is very high though. The only thing was that certain days in the shower warm water was giving noise like the pipe was going to burst. I will definitely stay there again"

"I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was pleasant, responsive, and truly accommodating. Sergio (the head chef) went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. I had some dietary restrictions and he was super helpful in meeting all my needing, even offering some off-menu items and all my meals were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lotto hotel and I'll be repeating my stay soon."

"The hotel is as pictured although some of its amenities require a bit more upkeep. For example, our bathroom door was quirky and didn't always close. The entryway to the pool was tight and right in front of the hotel bar, and the pool shower was across from the restaurant tables. The cleaning staff is amazing and truly kind, but sadly we were not as keen with the reception staff. It seemed like there was a lot of mis/or lack there of communication between the staff and the management and general procedures were not answered within a timely manner."

"I really like this hotel. It is my go hotel when visiting family in Cali. I appreciate their service, staff and location. A coffee shop recently opened under the hotel and i enjoyed coffee there. Only thing i dislike this time around was that i was charged for coffee pods left in the kitchen without indication i had to pay for them. I suggest they add a note next to the pods so people are aware. Other than that, all was great."
