"Breakfast was outstanding! Amazing selection with service for coffee and eggs. Within walking distance to the train station and bus station. Don't be fooled and take a taxi unless you really feel you need to because it much faster and closer to walk. You have to walk in most of Venice, and cars can't drive by the hotel, so you're better off walking. Friendly and helpful staff. They do have quite a few steps to get up to the hotel but they are quick to help you with luggage if you ask. The room...

"First time in venice and we thought the hotel was in a great location, near a small canal if you wanted to use a private water taxi Very close to zattere and academia water bus stops Plenty of restaurants near by Room very clean Lovely breakfast Very helpful staff Would stay here again I believe there is a video on the website showing how to find it, i would advise looking at that we missed the allyway at first but we found it ok in the end Reception is up on the 3rd floor "

"The staff were so nice and helpful. The location central, but busy. The breakfasts and breakfast service were great. The room was comfortable but the matress was hard. It could have used a memory foam topper. The lights in the room were inadequate. I needed to use a headlap to read. I'd say the lights were an issue; the room was dim. But overall I liked it alot."

"This hotel is beautiful! Such a gem! It was so incredibly clean and our rooms were spacious. The rooms were air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. There was also a quaint little courtyard behind the hotel. Donna at the front desk was lovely. She was pleasant and very helpful!
