"Stayed here to be close to Antelope Canyon tour. Hotel in a good/easy access location. A bit on the older side but perfect for a quick one-day stay. Check in was easy but the one thing that happened after we got to our room was where it turned. I was in the bathroom and my toddler and friend were resting. I heard the door open and shut while I was in the bathroom. When I came out they had told me one of the workers barged in without knocking, without saying a single word (not even a sorry) before opening our door. She had opened it to check if we had a shower curtain and when she saw there were people in the room, she shut the door. Idk about you but that creeps me out, as a single mom I can’t imagine if my friend wasn’t in the room and how easily they could’ve taken my son (I know "

"We stayed two nights at this location, and let's say more things didn't work in this hotel than did work. First, the included breakfast ran out of food an hour and a half before the scheduled time, then the TV in the gym didn't work, the East Entrance had no latch to lock the door that was supposed to require a key card to unlock it, but that entrance was a perfect mini fridge graveyard. Then, in our room, the mini fridge didn't work, should have been in the graveyard too, I suppose, the room temp was set to 65, but it never got to a point where we were like, hey, this AC is great, nope, it was warm. Then, after we came back to the room after being gone all day, they only made one of the beds and left the other unmade. Maybe I expect more out of a hotel that advertises included breakfast and secure doors, but that's just my experience with this hotel."

"Good clean rooms . Breakfast Buffet was disappointing on both mornings we stayed .Food was not hot , scrambled eggs had run totally out , meat ( sausage and bacon ) cold . No fruit of any kind . Coffee was luke warm ."
