"Very clear and spacious room. Great bathroom area. Staff was really kind and the hotel was close by the ocean and to shops/restaurants."

"This room was perfect for what we needed. The suite was very spacious - it was nice to have the lounge area to relax in after a busy day. It was walkable to Waitangi Treaty Grounds as well as the main strip and beach, though there was a beach and cafe right there too if you wanted. We knew we would be out and about most days so didn’t upgrade to the beach view and that was fine for us - but if you plan to chill during the day and look out you probably want to upgrade. "I got very sick the evening before I checked out. The front desk gave me an extra hour in the room and I was able to rest in the pool area for 4 hours before I was due to leave for the airport. I had a tour booked that day but there was no way I could have done it. Having a place to stay put was immensely helpful. "
