The roof terrace wasn't available due to wind and the junior suite opened to the side of the building with a view to the plaza in front of the cathedral with a bit of a stretch. The floor wasn't very clean in our room and what at first appeared to be complementary water and coffee was definitely not gratis. "Leuke kamer maar geen lepeltje beschikbaar om In je koffie te roeren op de kamer. Ontbijt lekker maar waren er om 9 u en er was al vanalles leeg en werd niet aangevuld( lomo/ kaas en verse aardbeieen waren op ) Er stond vers fruitsap maar waren geen propere glazen beschikbaar. Heerlijke geur in het hotel, bad producten van top kwaliteit en schone kamer ! "

"Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. "
