"We upgraded our stay, but it some of the upgrade figures never materialised, even after highlighting this to reception staff, which were rather ignorant. Housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly, big thank you to them. Bar and restaurant staff were hit and miss, some of them were very good, others were not really interested in their job. Overall we had a good time and considering to return. "

"Staff were busy but helpful. Clean hotel but a little dated. We had the buffet 1 night and would not recommend the food. Entertainment the night we went was non existent. Pool area was always busy and a sun trap! We went self catering and were happy with the location (4min drive to Caletta de Fuste). "

The premium upgrade is basically futile, you’re only entitled to a robe, a couple soft drinks in your fridge and the ability to reserve a spot in a slightly upgraded dining experience.
