"We rented two rooms. We could see into one through holes in the walls (separations between boards that make up the walls) from the hallway. The bathroom was full of spiderwebs. The shower had so much mineral deposits built up in the shower head that we had to remove it from the hose to get enough water to wash. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, but rarely present. "Frühstück war wirklich abwechslungsreich (tolle Nudelsuppe) und generell eine gute Wahl. Service war tadellos (Zugticket hat alles wunderbar geklappt - vorab über Whatsapp). Klar, etwas abgelegen, aber für uns waren die ca. 25 min zum Zentrum über die Eisenbrücke ok. Manchmal sind wir andersrum (dann mit dem Boot übergesetzt für 10.000 Kip pro Person), das ist auch ne schöne Erfahrung und bequemer. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert, Bungalows sind sehr geräumig. "

"The staff did not speak English and showed no interest in their guests and mostly lay around (literally) on their phones.Room 3 on the ground floor had a small window which was kept shuttered so there was no daylight which was oppressive. On the positive side the air conditioning was effective."

"Great stay overall. The staff wee very helpful and the bungalow was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend getting the pancakes for the different fruit variety. It’s around 30 minute walk from the city centre in less than 10 minutes drive. There is an airport shuttle but there isn’t a train shuttle so if you take the train to Luang Prabang there are hotel shuttles right outside. Also, a heads up there are no TVs in the bungalow. "

"Room and bathroom is clean. The morning market is not directly in front of the hotel, but less than 100 feet away. Location is superb. Walking distance to the morning market, night market, and to the river. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fruit and egg, but good enough for me. I would definitely stay here again for the cleanliness, budget, and location. "
