"We recently stayed at Borgo dell’Orso in Palau for 2 nights and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is located about 7 minutes by car from the town center. While it’s not far, I wouldn’t recommend walking, as the road is quite hilly and not ideal for pedestrians. The check-in process was smooth, but I suggest completing the online check-in in advance when they send the email—it really speeds things up. "Hotel Piccada was lovely! Our check-in went smoothly and the staff was welcoming. Our room was well organized to fit three people and the location was excellent. There were restaurants and little street shops everywhere. There was also a supermarket nearby. We would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Palau looking for a quieter area to stay. "

"The hotel was clean with friendly staff. Just a couple of things I would point out are no kettle in the room and the air con wasnt very powerful. To counteract my friends kettle situation the hotel gave her free hotwater everyday as she bought her own teabags. The free breakfast was good with plenty of variety "
