"The one Barcelona is beautiful, very convenient location. Luxury service from my arrival to my departure. All the amazing staff members anticipated my needs with everything. Loved the room I had, that I didn’t want to leave it. Beautiful bathroom. The bed was like sleeping in the air or flouting in the Mediterranean sea, Super comfortable. All amenities and decor, superb. Very impress of the hotel. I highly recommended it. Staff is super friendly and very attentive. Thank you very much The One Barcelona"

"The hotel is situated in an excellent, central location and the rooftop terrace view was out of this world! The breakfast was exceptional…12/10! Saying that, couldn’t ever reach front desk, mould in the shower (ceiling and floor) and the paint was peeling in the shower, water sprays on the floor despite efforts to guide the shower head, and there were no face cloths. Lastly, only one English Channel on the tv and the light by the door is in the way when trying to open it for fresh air."

"Regarding breakfast, I think they should improve it; there's no variety at all, and the products aren't high quality. I don't think the staff at the front desk are adequately trained to handle any of the paperwork."
