The best approach is to leave from the upper floor of the train station through the doors to the north and take the metal footbridge directly onto the street where the tram runs. "Thank you for a lovely stay at the Splendid Hotel. It lives up to its name. Staff were super friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, easy to access. The best part is we were warmly welcomed despite our soggy appearance and gritty bicycles after getting caught in the rain cycling from Arles. There was a safe storage for our bikes and an elevator to get us to our room. All greatly appreciated by these tired travelers. "

"Could not put Air Conditioning on below 20. Breakfast for $90 was very disappointing. The scrambled eggs were not hot and the bacon had an odd taste and smell and it didn’t look good. I had to fill up on toast. We ate out at Chez Alice which was terrific with all local homemade food for the remainder of our trip."

"My 6-night stay at Bikube Montpellier was excellent. My room was clean and efficient, with a kitchenette (that I didn't use) and a great little seating area that was so much roomier than the standard too-small desk found in most hotel rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and the three dinners I had in the restaurant. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Bikube again. Thanks for everything."

"The hotel staff were pleasant and competent. The rooms were individually decorated and cute! There were little reading spots in the interior of the hotel. Breakfast was well-done. The hotel was close to good restaurants and within walking distance to major monuments in Montpellier."
