"Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. "Great location which is close to the historical sites. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is fresh and tasty. There is good safe parking nearby and access to the Hillel is very good. We saw lots of people dragging luggage through paved roads looking for their Air B&B which showed us that a great location this hotel is in. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. "
