"A truly delightful stay. Borgo del Carato is beautifully restored, and located in beautiful surroundings. The first thing that struck us is how the air is rich with the scent of orange and wisteria blossom and the garden in the morning full of birdsong. "The property was fabulous - and the staff even better! They were very helpful with directions and suggestions. We visited mid-October so didn't spend any time in the pool but did a quick, cool dip! It was very nice and we would have liked to have spent more time there. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. We'd go back for sure!"

When their expertise came into its own was when the weather deteriorated and made reservations to enjoy lunch and wine tasting at a vineyard, then at an olive oil factory. Both fab experiences. "
