Wow!! this hotel is the best kept secret in Palm beach What a beautiful hotel the rooms where impeccable The staff was amazing very kind and helpful the only thing I would recommend is a small gift shop so I could by some merch to remember the trip other than that it’s great we will be back !!

Upon arrival at the Palm House our rooms were not ready - we weren’t offered a glass of water and to add insult to injury our rooms weren’t ready until 5:30pm. The staff was not apologetic nor did they offer us anything to drink . The hotel is pretty however they do not have proper management. I was very disappointed and would not go back.

The hotel is beautiful, but SO SO unorganized. We were moved from room to room, asked to share rooms. I cannot recommend to anyone. It’s just a shame, they have gained a terrible reputation. There is so much promise as the location and design are perfect.

We enjoyed our short stay thanks to the friendly reception, and professional service. The room was lovely and spacious with a luxurious bathroom and spa shower. The gym was amazing and had options for cardio and strength training - great selection of equipment and stocked with my favorite italian mineral water! I could have stayed much longer!

Nice hotel with an excellent location

Beautifully decorated and spacious guest room with comfortable bed and furnishings. The guest rooms should have a full length mirror in them especially for “season”. The inside bar area and outdoor pool area are well laid out and tastefully done. The only downside was the bar staff who were curt and unfriendly when compared to those at the Colony, Brazilian Court, and the White Elephant.
