There must be someone else on the same remote as the channels kept changing on the TV. The private parking lot is is 1.5 blocks away. Maps was not able find it as the address provided does not match the location of the lot. Probably the lot main office. The place was very clean. "The only Pro is a great location. Everything else is negative. The instructions were provided only at 10 a.m., when you should check in. I was already driving at that time without even knowing the exact address where I was going. Parking is on the street. You can arrange an overnight parking for $10 but it is possible only when you contact them before 5 pm. I have arrived at 4.40 pm and called several times but no one responded. "I stayed here for the Bad Bunny residency because I rather stay closer to family, and I feel like I found a hidden gem in the south of PR. From the moment I walked in, everyone (especially Rosie) was so attentive. I stayed alone a few days before my friend arrived, but I didn't feel alone. The owner's wife took time out of her night to sit down and have a beverage with me and had such a wonderful conversation with her, and her husband as well. The waitresses were attentive, sweet, and always smiling. They all gave me their number so that I could text them because they knew I had to drive alone two hours to get my friend from the airport, they made me feel like their daughter lol. I've never stayed anywhere before in PR where I felt so care for. Also, to speak on the actual hotel - our room was immaculate. It was extremely clean, very nice, great AC, great patio. Amazing pool with an amazing view. I love that they have a bar and restaurant on the premises, you don't even have to leave. Yes, they do have a packed house almost every night between live performances, tennis, and pickleball - but if you have a problem with this, you should probably be staying elsewhere. The noise did not bother me at all. I honestly would not stay anywhere else as long as this place is open, moving forward. 10/10 for me."
