O quarto estava ok, mas o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Pela primeira vez eu saí de um hotel com fome. Ovo sem sal e no óleo, salgado pesados em óleo, melão com gosto de passado… não voltaria nem recomendaria.

As acomodações são muito boas, os apartamentos são confortáveis e bem arejados. A limpeza é muito boa, tanto dos apartamentos quanto das áreas comuns. Fiquei muito satisfeito com a hospedagem. Decepção, fraco, lamentável, pior hotel Íbis

Recepção atenciosa, porém sem experiência. O cartão de acesso ao quarto tinha que validar todos os dias. Toalhas rasgadas, não tem disponível de rosto. A academia com Máquinas estragadas, não foi possível utilizar, embora tenha pago e escolhido esse hotel por oferecer “ACADEMIA” ?? Os lençóis rasgados e furados, pedi para trocar só foi feito no 3o. Dia. Limpeza do quarto ineficiente, 3 dias não limparam. Sempre faltavam toalhas. Café da manhã podia ser bem melhor. pouco espaço, sempre faltando alguma coisa, reposição lenta. O gerente cortou no 2o. Dia ovos e omelete !

A cidade de Palmas é muito que te nessa época do ano. Não sei porque os corredores dos andares estavam sem ar condicionado, mas estavam uma sauna. Peguei um quarto com ar condicionado não funcionando e a torneira do box estava solta e incompleta. Me trocaram de quarto na boa, então ok.
