"Our room was actually very nice, the pool very relaxing and food was very good. My issue was because I booked 2 separate reservations for 2 nights through Expedia (due to unforeseen circumstances), I was extremely inconvenienced. I called the front desk days ahead of time to make sure my 2 reservations were combined, I was assured it was. I asked the person upon check in for the first night if the 2 reservations were combined - no problem. Then on the second day, I had housekeeping pounding on my door to ask if I was checking out. Then my keys would not work after the first day. I had to go back to the front desk at midnight to check in again. Why was I assured this was all taken care of when it was not? The hotel was not busy. Very few guests in the lobby, restaurant and pool area. I will not be staying at a IGH hotel again, even though I am a member."
