"We were in contact with them months before to see if we could reserve the transfer from the hotel to the airport. They reassured me that there would be no problem. We checked in late and when we checked in, we were told there wasn’t enough room on the transfer for all eight of us. Therefore, we had to arrange for a private van transfer."
