"It wasn’t wiped down or at least sprayed down. There was dust everywhere and only the sheets seemed to be kept up. Only stay of a day if you can I had to stay in an emergency and Expedia has on there 5am check-in up to and that was not the case I was scolded, charged another $5 for a person and we were only there for 6 hours. "
"Just needed a quick place to stay for a night. Staff was accommodating since we arrived later and the check-in process was speedy. Was placed in an ADA room, although not requested. It was spacious but unfortunately we couldn’t fully shut the bathroom door. The door was a sliding barn door style which was obviously not installed correctly due to how difficult it was to move and due to the existing floor and wall damage. Furthermore, the bathroom drywall and flooring appeared water-damaged. Lastly, the water worked properly that night, but for some reason, it did not the next morning. So, we left before check-out time and notified the staff about the water issue. "
"Very old property in the middle of updates according to signage throughout but no other indicator of improvement. We were told to park in the back. We had our car broken into and robbed within 10 minutes of arrival and filed a police report. Cameras could not be immediately accessed so we had to leave town with no resolution. After this process we moved our car to the front since we were told the front desk “is manned 24 hours”. More on this later.
We also noted the back door closest to our room was never actually locked, in spite of messages posted to the contrary. Y’all, the breakin and the unsecured door did not contribute to a restful night.
Rooms were okay- for their age. We had to bring the febreeze in for a musty smell and to aid non functional bathroom fans. Candy on the floor and dusty cabinets left us wondering if the cleaning was done thoroughly?
At check out we left our key card on the ***unmanned front desk on the way out to the car. We came back in the lobby several times for ice and trash disposal as we prepared to leave. I could hear a bell alert in the office each time I reentered. I finally needed a bathroom break and just reclaimed my unattended key card from the ***still unmanned front desk.
Stay at your own risk. We won’t risk it in future."
