"The room was clean, but furniture was old and well used. The bed was comfortable and had a good mattress. The pool & jacuzzi were in good condition. The hotel is located near restaurants, shopping, and town. Staff was friendly and helpful"

"Valet was very friendly. When we first got there check-in was very busy but it was to be expected for those traveling on a cruise. Despite the long wait the receptionist that had attended us was kind. We headed for the happy hour at the bar. Drinks and food was a success. They have some real good birria nachos!"

"The photos seemed to make the room look very clean and new but when we got there we saw burn marks on the floor, and the toilet was not flushing. Markings as well on the wall and table, and the desks weren't kept in decent condition. The TV was also glitching as well, and the windows don't have a screen to protect people from coming in if they wanted to. It was okay, but definitely can use some upkeep and improvement."

"The man at the front desk basically ignored us for the first couple minutes when we arrived. He was slow and inattentive. The hotel was run down and poorly maintained. Was right next to the cruise port so we booked it. Was cheap, so worth every penny. But don’t expect too much ."

"Room was okay staff was also ok sir condicitioning had a nasty smell n when you turn on the heater the smell gets worse the microwave started smelling also when tryna use it the tv only works with wifi and the wifi didn’t work parking was okay didn’t have trouble with that "
