"The staff was very friendly but the tv was own and it was hard to figure out how to use netflix and amazon prime. The toaster could use cleaning, fridge as well. Shower head had rust build up, the door could be sealed properly to prevent lizards from getting in. "Locsation not bad other than road to the locsaiton is a massivly messed up dirt road with a lot of patching needing to happen. so getting in a an out is very complicated if you rent a scooter. large rock in road and holes with pile of dirt to patch holes just sitting right on side and to close to wher eypou need to drive. "Excellent location at the end of Alona beach stretch with great views and easy beachfront access from the rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Loved that we finally had an option that fit the 5 of us in one room. Breakfast is amazing and offered a great variety. There’s just too many stairs here and there that made it hard for my parents where walkers and wheelchairs would’ve eased their roaming around the hotel."
