The property was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Only thing that didn’t go right was the ice machines, all of them except the office. It wasn’t a major problem and will not keep us from not staying there again.

Swimming pool was open but, heater was not working, hot tub was being painted. 2nd floor ice machine was a not working. Staff were friendly and open, hot breakfast is very good and lots of fresh items. Room was clean and smelled good.

I usually have good experience at Holiday Inn, and that is why I always look to stay on their properties, however Holiday Inn in Pampa TX was the worst choice ever, rooms are dirty, door protection devices were broken (room 205), dust everyhwere on the room, furniture is ripping apart, lamps had no light bulbs, not enough plugs, they offered breakfast from 7 to 10, however looks like they only fill their trays once, if you are not early enough you wont get the promised breakfast, no one attending the breakfast area, I have family in Pampa and will continue to visit the town but I will be looking to other lodging options, not sure if I will pause my relation with Holiday inn in other places because of this but absolutely will do when I go back to Pampa.

Best choice for a great rest

This is our second time to stay here and this trip confirmed we will continue to stay here each time we come to Pampa. The staff here was above reproach. Everything regarding our room was wonderful My only 2 complaints are the first floor air conditioner wasn’t working. It appeared to really affect the front desk personnel, but they were troopers. My second issue was the fact that the pool was extremely cold and the spa was out of order. After a long day of driving we were looking forward to relaxing in either and it just wasn’t possible. Thank you to the staff for all your hard work. Housekeeping staff was extremely wonderful

The worst mattress I have ever had to sleep on. Springs or coils were completely compressed leaving the mattress with huge deformations and craters where your upper body lies. My head was lower than my feet. Could hardly sleep a wink and had it not been so late when I got to my room I would have asked to change rooms. I booked this room for two nights with my girlfriend staying there both days/nights and me the second night. She’s very modest and didn’t tell me till that night I was able to come in from work and sleep there. You do not want to sleep in room 323 unless they have swapped this mattress out. Everything else was as it’s supposed to be. Clean room and sheets.

This property was not my favorite by any means. We only stayed overnight and I was traveling with my young children. We booked this hotel because the others in the Amarillo area were significantly more expensive. The property is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but there were quite a few dining options around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the property was very quiet. Half of our room keys didn’t work and one of the doors to get into the room was a little janky. It didn’t close all the way and had difficulty opening. One of the rooms had a distinct musty cigarette smell. There was water damage to the ceiling in our room, and as we overlooked the other roofs to the property we could clearly tell why - many of the shingles were damaged or missing. Our room was clean with clean sheets and towels, but the carpets were stained. Not a single ice machine in the entire hotel was functioning. And a lot of the other amenities were broken down as well, like the pool and the washers/ dryers. Would I stay again? Yeah, maybe. The negative points were intolerable - which is why we stayed. But the property is being seriously neglected overall.

Customer service was excellent but due to the fact of everything else, I would give him a pour of view. The hot tub was f****** dirty, the paint was pilling in the hot tub and we asked for towels each day we were there. The room service would not bring them to us. We had to go to the front desk and get them every time. Our trash was not emptied. Nobody seemed to care about cleaning the rooms at all. So I would never go back there again. Unless they up there stuff and get things taken care of especially with a hot tub. I took my ground babies in it and. Paint was peeling and it was dirty and muggy and gross.

Loose outlets (pulled out of the wall when you unplug something), broken faucet in the bathroom, dirty sheet in the first room. Staff moved us to another room quickly but this too. Also had a loose outlet. The breakfast was mediocre compared to previous stays. We have stayed here many times and never had this poor quality of accommodations and food.

The hallway on the second floor smelled like a dirty diaper and then it smelled like weed. The shower curtains don’t contain the water when you shower so the floor gets soaking wet.
