The staff were amazing. I felt like I was a guest at my families house. Everything we needed was made so easy. Sarnai
I stayed at four places in Guatemala. Sarnai was, without doubt, the best one. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The availability of purified water in the kitchen and a full kitchen was great. Hosts were great also .
