Check in staff was friendly, the room had a kitchen (with dishes and cutlery which was appreciated!). The room was very clean however we discovered one set of sheets were soiled when going to bed. Customer service on check in was great! A small hiccup with room assignment that got sorted with a simple complaint(even upgraded me for the trouble to the top floor!). Palmetto Beachfront Hotel, a By the Sea Resort
We weee in town due to a death in our family. I had three rooms and it was perfect for our quick one night stay. The rooms were very large and were clean. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town.
