"We had called to make sure that we would be able to bring our boat and have a dock for it and space for our trailer, They said yes so we booked. The marina/nor hotel would have had a place to leave your trailer but we were able to park in the hotel parking lot because it was off season. Our room was on the far side of the building with a view of tree tops. We had asked for water view. Their "beach area" was not clean and a very small area plus you had a long walk just to get to it. "This was the second time we stayed at Beachside. And we booked a third while sitting at the beach there. It is an older building but that does not mean ran down. Every staff member has always been, friendly, welcoming, and super helpful if we have ever needed anything. It is safe, quiet, and still a short drive from PCB. The only thing that could make it better is if it was pet friendly outside of service animals. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub are clean and do allow day...

"Beach front, clean and pet friendly! Very pleased with the hotel for the price and being dog friendly. Older fixtires in rooms, but clean. There is parking but just sometimes have to be patient finding a spot. Pet fee is very reasonable. We will definitely be back!"
